Easy Stretch and Relax
Friday evening

For those new to practicing asanas or those wanting to get some more beginner tips to enhance their practice. You will learn basic exercises, breathing techniques and meditation.




Stretch & Relax - evenings

6.30 - 8.00pm

These classes feature asanas/stretches, breath-work, mantra yoga and complete body relaxation.
The session will relieve tension from the body and quieten the mind, leaving you feeling alive and with a sense of peace and inner calm.

Mats and blankets provided. No booking required.

You are welcome to join us after the evening class for kirtan meditation and a cup of tea.

Vinyasa means “breath-synchronised movement” or “flow”. Practice sun salutations and standing poses to create heat and purify the body through increased circulation and sweating.
Vinyasa flow improves flexibility, strengthens core muscles and helps develop greater balance and clarity of mind.

Mats and blankets provided. No booking required.
