    Meditation offers you the experience of awareness, restfulness, relaxation and calmness in mind and body. It also helps you to develop clarity and wisdom and gain a greater understanding of life. Thus you can experience inner peace and happiness by reawakening your natural spiritual consciousness and understanding more about who you are.




    This Learn to Meditate Course will teach you:

  • breath meditation with mantra

  • mindfulness meditation

  • nadi shodan pranayam - a relaxing and rejuvenating breath exercise

  • deep peace - complete body relaxation

  • breath awareness and 3 part yoga breathing

  • japa meditation - using beads

  • chanting meditation (kirtan)

    Everyone is welcome to join us after the
    Stretch & Relax class for a short but enlivening half-hour of beautiful sacred kirtan meditation (chanting) followed by a cup of tea.

    Whether you are a beginner or a long time meditation practitioner, you will leave feeling uplifted, relaxed and satisfied.






    Deep Peace Meditation
    Thursday 6.00-6.45pm

    Guided breathing, relaxation and meditation that will transport you to a place of pure relaxation of mind, body and heart.

    Sunday Meditation Gathering
    5:00 - 8:00 pm

    Join us for beautiful Kirtan meditation (chanting) to music, a guided meditation, an inspiring talk on the timeless wisdom of Bhakti yoga and a fantastic vegetarian feast.

    The chanting of sacred mantras can transport you to a place of peace and harmony and reawaken your spiritual consciousness.
    The guided meditation enables you to see how the mind works and how to develop more clarity and wisdom.
    This is the perfect time to inquire about spiritual topics, make new friends and cultivate your spiritual garden.
